Shipping Information

It is our policy to ship our prints flat unless it is oversea's or open editions. If you would prefer any other method or a company other than UPS, specify in the comments section of your order form, and we will do what we can to comply.

With the ongoing price adjustments in shipping costs at UPS and the postal package service it has become impossible for us to standardize the price of shipping. The new requirements bring package sizing into play which is by no means a favor to anyone but the services. Due to the multiple size boxes used for our product and our worldwide market we felt it better for our customers that we didn't just average the cost with a standard price but charge actual shipping cost plus boxing, per order. To be able to get a shipping quote when placing your order request a quote in the comment line of your order we will calculate it in the new system of length - height - width and weight and email it back to you before we ship.

WE WILL ALWAYS DO OUR BEST TO SHIP THE MOST COST EFFECTIVE METHOD THAT WILL ENSURE SAFE ARRIVAL.

Customers can request books be sent Media Mail, but we will not be responsible for books lost or damaged. This is due to the fact that packages can not be tracked or insured when shipping by this method.

Oversized giclees and framed pieces -By quote

Priority Flat Rate $9.50 (Postal) We will use the postal service whenever the costs dictate or when requested by customer. If parcel post with a delivery confirmation works out to be cheaper than flat rate we will ship this method

International Orders Books average 27-32.00 per book. We do have some European dealers that may offer the book at a better price than having multiples sent through the mail.
